Y’all I finally made the move to Beehiiv from Kit as my email provider and I had to explain for a couple reasons.
1) It feels awkward to just be moving y’all around and not telling you. 😂
2) The move was intentional and I feel like y’al are the kinda ppl who like to know about things like this (cuz y’all nosey like me).
So let me just say that it’s been a long time coming, but I hesitated on switching platforms too soon. I’ve been through quite a few options over the years and each one has had things I enjoyed. But ultimately was missing the features I truly cared about having. And when your tech stack starts to become too complicated it makes everything else in your business so much more challenging.
The biggest thing that convinced me to make the move to Beehiiv was the podcast feature. I can host a podcast directly in the platform and connect it to my newsletter. I type bc I love y’all, but in real life it’s so much better when you can just talk. At least for me that’s what works for my Inspirational thinking style. 😉
Plus, I wanna host a private podcast for the folks who have purchased the Creative Authority Protocol, Selling Without Selling Out, or worked with me one-on-one. I feel like there’s so many good things I wanna share with y’all and a podcast would be the perfect way to give you some exclusive content.
And if you haven’t worked with me (yet), you may be able to slide onto that side of the newsletter as well once I create a direct way to join. I’m still processing what that will look like exactly so for now you’d only have access through the ways I listed above.
Also, I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who has joined this list. The ones who have been here for years and the ones who joined recently, I appreciate you so much. I seem to be the one doing the most talking in this relationship, but I’m ok with that 😂 But all jokes aside, I get hype everytime I get to create something that’s just for y’all. 🫶🏾
